Redefine the way buildings are managed to accelerate the digital evolution and decarbonization of buildings
Deb Noller and John Darlington are successful entrepreneurs creating technology to monitor, manage and optimize shipping and logistics, helping large companies keep projects on time and within budget.
Introduced to the world of real-estate, Deb and John spot an enormous industry overdue for a technological disruption. Large companies were under utilizing the data within their buildings portfolio.
Taking advantage of their integration skills, they launch Switch as a cloud-hosted platform aimed at enabling the world’s buildings to be smarter and more sustainable.
Switch expands into the U.S. market, opening our first office there. We partner with Dell, Microsoft and Intel to support the global deployment of the Switch Platform’s smart building technology.
Closed a seed round investment to grow our team and customer delivery capabilities in North America.
Switch wins notable awards and is named Smart Building Solutions Company of the Year by global research firm Frost & Sullivan. We also closed our Series A funding round.
Switch formally launches a global channel partner program covering various vertical industries. We closed an additional funding round, led by Gaw Capital, expanding our operations in Asia and setting up an office in Singapore.
More than 100 million square feet are now integrated with the Switch Platform, reducing our customers' carbon emissions by over 17,000 tons to date.
