Real Tech Ventures Fund has already started deploying capital and has so far made 10 investments that cover diverse areas including energy and sustainability, construction technology and mobility, as well as tenant health and wellbeing. Among its latest deals was an investment into a $5-million Series A2 round in Switch Automation, a global real estate software company that helps property owners and facility managers reduce operating costs and improve energy efficiency.
