Recently we added functionality to allow our customers and service teams to track events, regardless of origin. Building on this, we are developing more functionality to help diagnose issues quickly when equipment is upstream or downstream from the alert, highlighting the power of BRICK data modelling. We have also added more collaboration and documentation tools to streamline the interactions between parties and provide audit trails of service work. Any user will be able to investigate historical triggers and documentation, add their own notes and supplement the data with annotations. This will add a rich set of tools to the Platform for operators and service technicians for managing buildings, helping them diagnose problems faster, triage problems remotely and fix issues first time, in record time.
