Workspaces - Move and resize the tiles

Move
To move the tile simply select the tile, then click on the 'tile name' in the blue header as shown below anddrag around the canvas.
Resize
To resize the tile simply select the tile, then click on the bottom right hand corner as shown above, and drag to resize.
